Program Administrator
Aspen Publishing is seeking a Program Administrator to be a part of our growing JD-NEXT team. Preference will be given to Boston based candidates who will work in our Burlington, MA, office with a hybrid office/work-from home schedule; however, we will also consider candidates based in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate brings experience in high-stakes testing and a demonstrated ability to manage timelines, coordinate cross‑functional contributors, and ensure quality and accuracy. TITLE: Program Administrator
REPORTS TO: Program Manager
DEPARTMENT: JD-NEXT
FLSA STATUS: EXEMPT
LOCATION: Burlington, MA
RANGE: $67.7K MIN/ $90K MID/ $112.2K MAX
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for collaboration with various Departments to support product development and operations for successful delivery of the JD-Next Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with various personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation
- Work with program manager to complete quality management plans, project documentation, and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Supervise JD‑Next Course Assistants, providing guidance and monitoring performance while ensuring high‑quality, consistent student feedback,
- Liaise with Digital, Customer Support, Marketing, and others to support course delivery and student experience; Work with instructional designer to update course materials
- Coordinate test content and editorial reviews and follow up with freelancers and subject-matter experts
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of course content, test items, and test forms
- Coordinate with test delivery partner on operational activities related to test registration and administration
- Support score reporting activities to ensure accuracy, including quality checks of data and reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred, Project Management Certification a plus
- 5+ years of experience in the high-stakes testing industry, legal background preferred
- Project management experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to foster productive working relationships with internal and external customers
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work on time and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel workbooks
- Experience working with AI tools is a plus
- Demonstrated ability in working independently and as part of a team
